- We read the pages your site serves to any visitor, and we ask the AI tools what they already say about your firm. We do not log in to anything, we do not touch your systems, and we collect nothing a prospect could not find on their own.
- Only you receive it
- You receive the only copy of the report. We do not publish it. We do not send it to NAIFA Alabama. We do not sell it.
- Only when you ask
- We review a site only after its owner requests it on this page. We do not review sites that did not ask.
- What we do with the data
- We keep the report and the saved pages for 90 days so we can answer your questions, then we delete both. Ask us sooner and we delete them sooner.
- What is in it for us
- Each review and the work behind it normally runs $2,500 for a non-member. Active NAIFA Alabama members pay nothing for either. If the report shows work you want done, you can hire Mindfulware to do it. If it does not, you keep the report and you owe us nothing. That is the whole model.
