Your personal data is stored in a secure database on servers operated by Mindfulware, LLC. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and is not sold to or disclosed to any third parties.
When you authenticate, a session is created that expires after a set period. An HTTP-only authentication cookie is used for server-side session validation. After the session expires, you will need to re-enter your email to continue accessing the briefs.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand general site usage patterns. Google Analytics may set its own cookies. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices. We do not combine analytics data with your account information.
The intelligence briefs are generated from publicly available content on platforms such as Reddit, Bluesky, and public RSS feeds. No private user data from these platforms is accessed or stored. Where applicable, author identities from source platforms are anonymized.
You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" button on the main page while logged in. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your email, name, and visit history are removed from the database with no backup retention period.
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account exists. Upon deletion, all personal data is removed immediately. There is no post-deletion retention period.
