When you register for access to the intelligence briefs, we collect the following information that you provide directly:

Your personal data is stored in a secure database on servers operated by Mindfulware, LLC. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and is not sold to or disclosed to any third parties.
When you authenticate, a session is created that expires after a set period. An HTTP-only authentication cookie is used for server-side session validation. After the session expires, you will need to re-enter your email to continue accessing the briefs.
To operate the service securely and prevent abuse, we record activity events (such as page views, audio plays, and access requests). Each event is logged with the source IP address, browser user-agent, and device type. These security and activity logs are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and operational integrity, and are kept separately from your account profile. They are not sold or disclosed to third parties.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand general site usage patterns. Google Analytics may set its own cookies. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices. We do not combine analytics data with your account information.
The intelligence briefs are generated from publicly available content on platforms such as Reddit, Bluesky, and public RSS feeds. No private user data from these platforms is accessed or stored. Where applicable, author identities from source platforms are anonymized.
You may delete your account at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" button on the main page while logged in. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your profile (email, name, and visit history) is removed from the member database, and you are unsubscribed from the daily brief, with no backup retention period. Security and activity logs described above (including the source IP of past events) are retained separately for fraud and abuse prevention.
Your account profile is retained for as long as your account exists and is removed immediately upon deletion, with no post-deletion retention period. Security and activity logs — including the IP address, user-agent, and device type recorded with each event — are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and operational integrity.
